Observation

(a) The toothbrushing has been using the bathroom sink water. In addition the fluoride toothpaste used is dispensed from one toothbrush to another by Ms Mempa and no permission slips are present. (b) Toothbrushes should be stored away from the bathroom counter, perhaps in the medicine cabinet; or another room because they are in the toileting contamination zone on the bathroom counter.
